Description
Winemaking/Aging
Vinified using white grapes from the Douro Demarcated Region with fermentation in self-sealing vats with skinning, interrupted by the addition of grape brandy.
Bottled after aging in wooden vats and casks for at least 3 years.
Tasting Notes
Straw yellow with a light golden hue resulting from oxidation in wooden casks. Complex aroma of fruit in syrup and notes of liqueur. Good volume in the mouth, sweet, balanced acidity and a long finish.
Storage Care
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and at temperatures between 10ºC and 20ºC. Wine subject to deposit formation should be stored upright.
It is recommended that it be consumed within fifteen years of purchase, if stored under the recommended conditions.
