Description
Winemaking/Aging
Vinified using the open spout method from the Tinta Roriz grape variety, harvested early and fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC.
It underwent a second fermentation in the bottle and aged in the cellar at constant temperatures with manual execution of the remuage and disgorgement processes.
Tasting Notes
Single-varietal white sparkling wine from the Tinta Roriz grape variety. A blanc de noire with an attractive, very light pink hue, characteristic of this type of wine. Elegant aroma, light nuances of red fruits with continuous and abundant effervescence.
In the mouth it has balanced acidity, good texture and volume.
Storage Care
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and at temperatures between 10ºC and 20ºC. It is recommended that it be consumed within one year of purchase, if stored under the recommended conditions.

Side Dish Suggestion
Sparkling wine that is great to be enjoyed at the table with roast suckling pig and roasted fatty fish or as an aperitif with savory starters.
Essential for a wide range of occasions, especially to celebrate an important date or event.
It should be placed at a temperature of 8 to 10ºC for 24 hours before serving in tall glass glasses (flute).
