Description
Winemaking/Aging
Vinified from the Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca and Touriga Nacional grape varieties and fermented with skinning in mechanical presses at a controlled temperature between 22ºC and 25ºC.
Before bottling, it aged for 12 months in National Oak barrels.
Tasting Notes
Clear appearance, with a concentrated ruby color. Very balanced aroma, markedly of ripe fruit with notes of wood, chocolate and spices. Very good in the mouth with good tannins, good structure, correct acidity and a long finish. Predictable harmonious evolution.
It reveals the typical exuberance of good red wines from the Douro Region.
Storage Care
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and at temperatures between 10ºC and 20ºC. Wine subject to deposit formation with age.
It is recommended that it be consumed within eight years of purchase, if stored under the recommended conditions.

Side Dish Suggestion
It goes well with roast or stewed meat dishes, cured cheeses, cured and smoked meats.
The bottle should be opened half an hour before serving and the wine decanted and served at a temperature of 18ºC to 20ºC.
