Description
Winemaking/Aging
Fermentation of the must in self-sealing vats with fermentation, interrupted by the addition of grape brandy. Product of the blend of old wines aged in the cellar for many years in oak casks, the final blend having an average age of 10 years.
Tasting Notes
Amber color with golden hues and an intense aroma marked by good notes of jam and fruit in syrup.
In the mouth it shows good structure, present tannins, slight sweetness and a very long finish.
Storage Care
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and at temperatures between 10ºC and 20ºC. Wine is subject to deposit formation with age and should be stored upright.
Indeterminate longevity if stored under recommended conditions.
