Description
Winemaking/Aging
Fermentation of the must in self-contained vats with fermentation, interrupted by the addition of grape brandy. Produced from a single harvest, in years of exceptional quality. It is bottled the year after the harvest and ages in the bottle for decades.
Tasting Notes
Intense red color with deep aromas of ripe red fruits. On the palate, it has good structure, smoothness, slight sweetness, and a very long finish.
Storage Care
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and at temperatures between 10ºC and 20ºC. Wine subject to deposit formation should be stored upright.
Indeterminate longevity if stored under recommended conditions.
