Description
Winemaking/Aging
Vinified using the open spout method from the Tinta Roriz grape variety, harvested early and fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC.
It underwent a second fermentation in the bottle and aged in the cellar at constant temperatures with manual execution of the remuage and disgorgement processes.
Tasting Notes
Bright pink color, fruity aroma with floral nuances.
In the mouth it has balanced acidity, good texture, delicate foam and light residual sweetness.
Storage Care
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and at temperatures between 10ºC and 20ºC.
It is recommended that it be consumed within one year of purchase, if stored in the
recommended conditions
