Winemaking/Aging
Fermentation of the must in self-contained vats with fermentation, interrupted by the addition of grape brandy. Bottled after aging in vats and wooden casks for at least 3 years.
Tasting Notes
Classic color of tawny port wines, between tawny red and more brownish nuances that derive from aging in wooden casks. Complex aroma of dried fruits with faint notes of spices and liqueurs.
Good volume in the mouth, sweet, balanced acidity and long finish.
Storage Care
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and at temperatures between 10ºC and 20ºC. Wine subject to deposit formation should be stored upright.
It is recommended that it be consumed within fifteen years of purchase, if stored under the recommended conditions.
