Description
Winemaking/Aging
Vinified using the open spout method from white grapes with controlled fermentation at a temperature between 16°C and 18°C in stainless steel vats. Bottled after aging, stabilization, and carbonation.
Tasting Notes
A clear, citrus-colored wine with a slightly floral aroma and hints of tropical fruit. On the palate, it's fresh, slightly sweet, elegant, and lively, with a slight fizz.
Storage Care
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and at temperatures between 10ºC and 20ºC in an upright position.
It is recommended that it be consumed within one year of purchase, if stored under the recommended conditions.

Side Dish Suggestion
Relaxed and refreshing, it goes well with light fish dishes, seafood, grilled meats, salads or simply as an aperitif.
